She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and completed the Graduate School of Banking program in Boulder in 2016. She has served on the board of directors for several local nonprofits and currently serves on the I Love LEOs board and Longmont Chamber Area of Commerce, reflecting a strong commitment to the communities served by High Country Bank.

Jeff is a banking veteran with 30+ years in the industry. He enjoys assisting businesses of all sizes meet their goals through cash management and financing equipment or real estate. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors for TinkerMill, the largest maker space of the west right here in Longmont. When Jeff isn’t meeting the needs of the business community, you can find him spending time with his wife, one of his four children, or his grandkids.

Ashley has been with High Country Bank since 2016. She moved to the area to help open the Longmont branch from Salida where she held a variety of roles. Ashley enjoys helping people finance their dream homes. Whether it be a ground-up construction loan, or a purchase for a first-time home buyer, Ashley loves the detail-oriented work of residential financing. She currently serves on the PROST commission for the Town of Frederick. When Ashley isn’t making dreams come true, she’s chasing her son around one of the many parks they love to explore.
