LOST OR STOLEN CARD

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen or your information has been compromised, please call us at:

Are travel plans in your future? If so, call a Customer Service Representative today to ensure we have your contact information up to date, or log in to online banking, click on the Customer Service tab, and select send us your travel plans. Please include any phone numbers or email that you will have access to while traveling.

If you are traveling, and/or are experiencing card problems, please call the Bank during normal business hours. For after hours assistance, the Fraud Prevention Services Team may be able to assist you if your card was blocked for potential fraud.

Your card may not be working for other reasons besides fraud. If the Fraud Prevention Services Team cannot assist you, please call the Bank at (719) 539-2516 during normal business hours.
